CCF Expansion Project
The Chaldean Community Foundation is expanding to meet the growing needs of our community. Offerings through the expanded facility will help promote the health and wellness in the community. New offerings available will include:
- Health clinic for on-site primary care visits serving all in need, including the uninsured
- Life Skills Center serving those with special needs
- Behavioral Health clinic serving those in need of mental health services
- Full size gymnasium to accommodate programs for youth, seniors, and other members of the community
