Chaldean Community Foundation (CCF) West and the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce are located on 2075 Walnut Lake Road in West Bloomfield, MI.
CCF West builds on the Foundation’s legacy of service, offering vital resources while preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Chaldean people through cultural programs, language preservation, and storytelling. By sharing our traditions, art and history with the broader public, we foster understanding, appreciation, and unity across cultures.
The new 42,184-square-foot center also houses the Chaldean News, the Mar Ibrahim Library, TV/Radio/Podcast studios, Demonstration Kitchen, Community Theater, gymnasium, and will eventually be the home to the Chaldean Museum.

Dolma (Stuffed Grape leaves) is a beloved staple in every Chaldean home — and now it’s your turn to master it. Join our interactive cooking class and learn how to prepare traditional dolma — stuffing and rolling grape leaves, onions, and other vegetables with a savory blend of rice, minced meat, and warm spices. It’s the same beloved dish your mother or grandmother made for family gatherings, and now it’s your turn to carry on the tradition. In this step-by-step class: You'll learn traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each student will prepare their own 3 quart pot of dolma to take home and cook. We’ll cover stovetop cooking methods so your dolma comes perfect every time. Please bring your own 3 qt. pot to fill with your homemade dolma to take home and cook. Limited spots available!
