Join the Chaldean Community Foundation in partnership with the Chaldean American Association for Health Professionals for a Community Health Fair!
The fair is on Saturday, May 6th from 12:00pm-3:00pm and will take place at the Chaldean Community Foundation at 3601 15 Mile Rd. in Sterling Heights. Entrance to the event will be in the back of the building.
The event will include access to free resources from medical professionals representing Primary care, dentistry, cardiology, pharmacy and many more specialties. You can also receive health screenings such as EKGs, Cholesterol, Blood pressure readings and interactive demonstrations on CPR, EpiPen administration and more!
We are seeking Arabic/Chaldean speaking providers to be involved with our event for the following specialties: Sports medicine, ophthalmology, allergist, primary care, dentist, dermatology. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact: information@caahp-usa.org.
