The Chaldean Community Foundation, in partnership with the Macomb County Health Department will be hosting a COVID Vaccine (Pfizer) Booster clinic here at our facility on, Wednesday, February 9th, 2022 and Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022 from 9:30 am-3:00 pm. Appointments are required.
Here are a few items you need to know:

- MI residents ages 5+
- Anyone under 17 be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Booster dose available to those ages 12+ (5 months after completions of a primary series of Moderna or Pfizer and 2 months after a Johnson & Johnson dose).
- Vaccine will be administered for FREE, and insurance is not required.
- Photo ID is required.
- Vaccination cards are required.
