ADVOCACY FOR ETHNIC &
RELIGIOUS MINORITIES

We work with and for our community to protect minority rights abroad, support legal refugee resettlement and ensure the long-term viability of our endangered community in Iraq.

Since 2003, more than 1.2 million Iraqi Christians (and other Christians) have fled Iraq due to ongoing persecution. In 2016, Secretary John Kerry labeled a genocide by ISIS was committed against Chaldeans and other ethnic minorities in Iraq, which was confirmed by Vice President Mike Pence in 2018.

The CCF advocates on behalf of ethnic and religious minorities throughout the Middle East, including efforts to rebuild & repopulate minority villages in the Nineveh Plain, Iraq. The CCF is also active in promoting legal refugee flow and immigration policies.

CCF has established a branch in Northern Iraq and hired contractors to carry out the mission of supporting the local community.
